Chef Martial Enguehard, “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”

This Menu has been created by our Head Chef Martial Enguehard “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, and his teams.

All our dishes are prepared on board, guaranteeing freshness and flavour.

Our baker uses only traditional flour; malted wheat, leavened wheat, ground rye and wheat for our bread loaves, and “Label Rouge” wheat for our bread rolls. The dough is kneaded by hand with the addition of Guérande fleur de sel salt flakes.

Our vegetables are grown in open fields, mostly on the banks of the Seine River, in order to retain the good taste of yesteryear vegetables.

For several generations, Maison Gratiot-Pillière, proprietor and winegrower, has been making Champagne according to the sustainable agriculture method.

Myriam Huet our consultant oenologist has selected the suggested wines from the wine list.
